Dissemination of study on Diversity Management and Pluralism in Kenya’s Major Private Sector Firms

The Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA Kenya) in partnership with Global Center of Pluralism Canada (GCP) held the dissemination meeting of the study on Diversity Management and Pluralism in Kenya’s Major Private Sector Firms. The meetings were held Nairobi, Kisumu and Mombasa, at Panafric Hotel, Nairobi on 23 March 2018; Acacia Premier Hotel, Kisumu on 26 March 2018 and Sentrim Castle Royal Hotel, Mombasa on 11 April 2018. In attendance were among others; Representatives from the private sector umbrella membership and representative organizations such as Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA), Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM), Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA Kenya), Human Resource representatives from Law Firms, Hoteliers, Banking Sector, Civil Society Organizations and Media. The objective of the meeting was to present findings of the study to stakeholders. Key outcome of the meeting was appreciation of study findings by the participants in the meetings and commitment to embrace diversity and pluralism in the private sector.
