Need for continued synergy and cultivated relationship is given priority at the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA Kenya). Team building brings together staff members to ensure they work independently and interdependently, thus nurturing team spirit.
The IEA family took time off policy research to hold its quarterly team-building event on Friday, 29th June 2018 at Mount Longonot National Park, Naivasha. The staff took part in hiking to the top of the Great Rift Valley. This event gave the staff members a chance to relax, socialize and to get to know each other better. One major lesson that we learnt during the team building exercise is that determination is key to the realization of one’s goal.
