Description
The seminar brought together members of the National Council of the World Trade Organisation (N.C.W.T.O.) for a deliberation on intellectual property, multilateral trade negotiations at W.T.O. and development. The seminar examined the following questions: What is Intellectual Property? What is its role in the development process?
And, What is Kenya’s position on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property agreement in the W.T.O. process? Finally, what are the issues arising out of this deliberation on Intellectual Property, and Kenya’s position in the W.T.O. negotiation process
