Tariff binding has been the focus of international trade negotiations under the GATT (General Agreement Trade and Tariffs) to the WTO (World Trade Organisation). However, issues under tariff negotiations have been considered complicated by stakeholders involved in international trade processes. Following the research done by the Institute on “Implications of Tariff Binding Commitments Under the WTO Non-Agricultural Products Negotiation, to the East Africa Community Customs Unions”.
